Business Hosting

GoDaddy's Premium Plan includes 200GB of disk space and 2000GB bandwidth, and 2000 email accounts. It also includes 50 MySQL databases, and forum, blog, and photo gallery applications. In recent months, GoDaddy has partnered with Google to offer built-in Google Webmaster Tools, giving users easy access to reports, diagnostics, and basic web statistics.

Editor's Note: Their Premium plan isn't specifically for business hosting but it has everything you need to host a business website except the e-commerce tools. GoDaddy does offer a free SSL certificate though, allowing for the installation of secure e-commerce pages.

Overall Performance

Reliability
GoDaddy commits to 99.9% network uptime. Their state of the art technology and advanced security and protection help GoDaddy fulfill their commitment. Overall, their servers are very reliable.

Price Value
Their price value doesn't measure up to the competition. Their prices are affordable but their packages don't give you the high-capacity disk space or bandwidth that other hosts offer for the same price. GoDaddy doesn't include any free domains in their hosting packages which explains their low prices but brings down their price value.

Control Panel
GoDaddy control panel is unorganized and requires multiple logins depending on the complexity of your site. It is not the most user-friendly control panel and lacks certain features that competitors offer.

Customer Support
GoDaddy offers 24/7 support by phone and email. They also have an online help center with tutorials, help guides and a searchable knowledgebase. GoDaddy doesn't offer live chat like most web hosts and their response times via phone and email are could be much faster.
